On the Long Island Expressway it is Exit # 51. On the Northern State Parkway it is Exit # 42 North (the second off-ramp for Exit #42). Proceed North on Deer Park Avenue. If you've taken the LIE, you will pass under the Northern State Parkway in about ½ mile. From here on, the directions are identical. Stay to the right as you pass the Dix Hills Fire Department. Just past the firehouse (on your right) there is a fork in the road… proceed to the right and in about ¾ mile, you will merge into Jericho Turnpike (Route #25) headed East. Once on Jericho Turnpike, get to the left and make a left turn at the first traffic light (about ¼ mile). At that light, you will be turning left onto Elwood Road (Note: there is a Shell station on the near left corner and a Blockbuster Video on the far-left corner). Go straight up Elwood Road; that will take you North - towards Northport. After about three or four miles you will pass over a set of Long Island Railroad tracks (Northport High School will be on the left, just past the tracks). Continue on Elwood Road and in about another mile or so you will cross over Route #25A (Fort Salonga Road). Continue straight on Elwood Road, which changes names as you cross Route #25A. It first becomes Reservoir Avenue and then in another mile or so it becomes Church Street (after a Stop sign). Again… keep going straight and in ¼ to ½ mile you will reach Main Street, in Northport. Note: there is a traffic signal and two churches (on the near corners) of Church Street and Main Street. At Main Street, make a left turn at the traffic signal. In about 1/4 mile you will see # 225 Main Street which is a white office building on the NorthEast corner of Main Street and Woodside Avenue. Note: On the retail (Main Street) side of the building, there is an Allstate insurance office and a "Michelangelo's Pizza" store next to it. Make a right turn (up the hill) onto Woodside Avenue, and then make a left turn into the Northport Municipal parking lot (Northport Highway Garage) half-way up the Woodside Avenue hill. After parking your car in the lot, the entrance to the office building (#225 Main Street) is on Woodside Avenue -- through the left-most doorway of the white office building directly across the street from the Woodside Avenue municipal parking lot. Once inside the building, the entrance to S.I.R. Marketing Communications (Suite # 203) is straight ahead (up a few steps) and slightly to the left.
